Soak the flat side of a wood stick in a nail polish remover and gently push the stick from the cuticle line towards the stick-on gel to create a gap under the gel. To minimize damage to your nail, re-soak the wood stick in the remover for each finger and slowly lift the gel. For extra gentle removal, soak your hands in warm water or apply lotion along the edges of the gels. If there is any remaining residue, rub them off using a cotton pad soaked in remover.
